The State of the World

The state of the world is not that good right now.

We need to take care of our mental health state more than anything. Life is hard enough.

Toss in all the economic issues, money issues and now political messes it is making it really hard.

I recently have done a couple of things to help my mental health:

  • Tiz and I entered couples thearapy togeather to help our relationship.
  • I removed all social media off my phone with the exception of private messages. This stops the endless scroll. I do have social media on my Ipad but I am less likely to look at it the same way.
  • I limit the amount of news that I consume daily. I will do a quick check in the morning and in the evening. That is it.

I do not get into long world, news or political discussions with people who just want to argue to prove they are right. I am not really interessted and this is not good for my mental health at all.

Please take care of yourself and those around you. Please treat people the way you would like to be treated. If you need to stop before you react, do it. You will feel better and make the world around you a better place!
