Communicate Accurately

I have been dealing with my insurance in the last two weeks trying to figure out the status of a claim.

When I submitted the claim for health products, I received an automated email back saying the claim would be processed within 4 days. I am still waiting.

I talked to them for the 2nd time today and the insurance company says they still have an extreme claim backlog.

I do not have an issue with the backlog. What I do have an issue with is the lack of accurate communication. It would not be that hard to change the automated email to change the date from 4 days to 3 weeks.

The problem is doing this would require a little effort. One that should be made to keep yur customers happy.
