Health Update Nov 3 2024

I thought I would publish a bit of a health update.

I am now on Ozempic for diabetes. I just started and dealing with the side effects. It is making me past tired and upsets my stomach . Not fun.

It will take time to get used to it.

My blood sugar is still really great. I am still in range over 90% percent of the time which is reaslly good.

I am still dealing with a few mental health challenges. This has been a long road and some times it really wears on me. That is it for now.
