Time Tracking For My Business

One of the things I finally automated in my business is time tracking.

For a long time, I wrote the time down on a project-per-project basis. I then add the time to an Excel spreadsheet. I would use the spreadsheet to generate an invoice.

I have tried many time reporting tools over the years. Some were complicated and some were just not accurate. This is not a good combination.

A couple of weeks ago I discovered Harvest. Now this is one tool that I like. It is easy to set up and scalable. Harvest has advanced features for even things like invoicing. You can choose to use these or not.

Harvest runs in an open browser window. For me, this is just easy.

I wish I had discovered Harvest a long time ago.
