Productivity Stack

As many of you know, I am a bit of a productivity junkie. I am always looking for an edge which is a good thing.

I have take a lot of time this year to improve the productivity stack that my agency uses. The current stack is as follows:

  • For project management I use Clickup.
  • For my personal ToDo list I use Google Tasks.
  • For notetaking for long term notes I use OneNote by Microsoft.
  • For short term quick notes I use Google Keep.
  • For my calendar I use Google Calendar and the native apps on both my Google Pixel 9 and my Ipad.
  • For saving articles to read later, material for my Substack and information for the Podcast I use pocket. Pocket even works great on your mobile devices.
