Exercise Needs to be Part of Your Daily Routine

Last night the last thing I did before I packed it in for the day last night was I went for a walk. A long walk.

10 years ago I was in a really bad relationship, I used to walk to clear my head and the other health benefits were amazing. I lost over 100 pounds over a few years just walking.

Walking is all great for mental health as it allows you to clear your head. I usually walk with a podcast, audiobook or music on. It all depends on my mood and what I am feeling.

If walking is not your thing, try swimming, biking or even going to the gym. Just get out and do something. Exercise will make you feel better and that really matters,
